Pre-Opening Support

Training

We've designed a two-part training program to give you all the skills you need to succeed:

Classroom Training

You'll receive 32 hours of classroom training that covers all aspects of running a Clothes Mentor franchise, including: business planning, financial management, real estate selection, store operations, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and point-of-sale system training.

On-the-Job Training

You'll then receive 20.5 hours of on-the-job training, where you'll gain practical experience in all aspects of store operations. You'll learn how to buy, price, merchandise, and sell clothing, as well as provide excellent customer service.

Our comprehensive curriculum covers everything you need to know to run a successful Clothes Mentor franchise. Attendance is mandatory for both parts of the training program. Completion of training is required before opening your store.
